Job Overview:

As a Graphic Designer at Convertico Media, you will play a key role in transforming concepts and ideas into visually compelling designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a wide range of creative materials, from marketing collateral to digital assets. We are looking for an individual who is not only passionate about design but also possesses a strong understanding of current design trends, tools, and best practices.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Creating visually appealing designs that align with brand identities and resonate with target audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to create design solutions that meet project objectives.
• Develop a variety of materials, including but not limited to brochures, infographics, social media assets, website graphics, and presentations.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of all design work.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring a creative perspective to the team.

Requirements:

• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).
